How Juneli packs, dispatches and delivers your sarees and jewellery across India.

Dispatch
Orders are packed within one to two working days of confirmation. Cash-on-delivery orders are confirmed over WhatsApp before dispatch; prepaid orders are dispatched once payment is settled.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 or more. Below that, a flat courier fee of ₹99 applies and is shown in the bag before you pay.
Delivery times
Metro cities usually receive parcels within 2 to 4 working days of dispatch; other serviceable PIN codes within 4 to 8 working days. Estimates shown at checkout come from the courier and may change during festivals or severe weather.
Tracking
Once a courier label is booked you receive the AWB number on WhatsApp and can follow the parcel from the Track Order page or your account.
Serviceability
Use the PIN code checker on any product page to confirm delivery and cash-on-delivery availability before you order. Some remote PIN codes are prepaid only.
